Lunar Digital is awarded Manchester Metropolitan University data centre contract
MMU has awarded a £210,000 data centre contract to Lunar Digital.

Lunar Digital thrives in the academia sector
The contract was signed on December 20, 2023 for an initial 3 year term.
Lunar Digital will be providing the university with data centre colocation services from Lunar 1 facility.
This news follows Lunar Digital signing a 15-year lease in June 2023 with Capitaland Ascendas REIT to occupy its Reynolds House data center in Manchester which was previously occupied by Equinix
This brings our total data center portfolio to three facilities in Manchester with a combined 35,000 sq ft of IT space, and another in Gaupne, Norway.
At the same time we moved into Reynolds House, Lunar committed to spending multi-millions upgrading its Manchester data centers.
