It features two main data halls with a maximum floor load capacity of 1,500 kg/m². Key technical features include a brand new 2(N+1) UPS system, robust DX CRAC and In-Row cooling system and N+N power panel resilience.

Power is supplied by a diversely fed transformer, offering a total of 1.5 MVA incoming feed capacity and N+1 generator redundancy with 168-hour fuel capacity at full load. This facility also provides conference rooms, restrooms, showers, and client WiFi, ensuring a comfortable client experience.
