Yes, all of our customers receive a remote hands service 24/7/365. This service ranges from basic reboots, visual checks all the way to advanced support.
Yes, however in order to maximise security entry to our sites is appointment only however this is easily done via our Lunar portal. Once you have booked your visit we have onsite security available 24/7 to let you in. All clients must present either a driving license or passport for photo ID to get their Net 2 access card before entering the data halls.
